Welcome to the 2025 Product Knowledge Examinations (PKEs)

Welcome to the 2025 PKEs. 

Passing all six 2025 Isuzu PKEs with a score of 80% or higher is a requirement for Winners’ Circle, Sales Manager Challenge, the Isuzu National Sales Walkaround Competition, and other Isuzu recognition and reward programs. The deadline for completion of all six PKEs is September 30, 2025.

Social media today is a powerful tool for engaging customers, showcasing products, and ultimately boosting sales and selling more vehicles. This course will help you increase sales and engagement through effective social media techniques. We’ll cover the basics and best practices for choosing social media platforms, creating winning content, engaging with your community, and paid social media advertising.

This course is designed to refresh and reinforce the skills that help you move your customers closer to the sale. We’ll cover four key steps in the sales process—Needs Assessment, Feature Presentation, Truck Match, and Closing. Along the way, you will learn tips and strategies to help uncover your customers’ needs, recommend the best Isuzu truck for their business, and increase sales.

 

This course will help you sell the Isuzu NRR EV to your customers and explain what they need to know about plugging in, charging, and EV infrastructure. We'll also share some common questions relating to EV ownership, costs, safety, and range. After taking this PKE course, you will be better equipped to help your customers determine if an electrified Isuzu matches their needs.

 

This course aims to expand your business acumen and help you become a Transaction Specialist by learning more about truck financing and leasing. By pairing this knowledge with your product knowledge, you can interact more effectively with business owners with specific cash flow and tax concern requirements.

You've probably mastered communicating in real-time, but are you sure you use tools like email, phone, and video to their best advantage? This course will give you tips for all types of media. You'll be able to test your skills by making choices between different options.

 

Whether selling against an established competitor or a newer commercial truck brand, you’ll want to highlight Isuzu’s long history of durable, reliable trucks. You’ll also want to explain the advantages of Isuzu’s extensive nationwide dealer network for sales, service, and parts. This course covers Isuzu’s brand strengths, the many choices that Isuzu offers, and the ownership and operational benefits that make Isuzu products a great choice for your customers.
