All 2024 PKEs are now available, as well as all Additional Courses. Note that one of the Additional Courses, 2024 Isuzu Electric Vehicles: High Voltage Handling & Safety, must be completed in order to satisfy the requirements for the Isuzu N-Series EV Dealer Readiness Program Standards.
The Category Menu has changed. If you were taking the 2023 PKEs, you can find them in the Legacy PKEs category. Your progress and scores have been saved, and you may go on to complete them.
The Dashboard function is available again. You can use it to track your progress at a glance for all courses in which you are enrolled.
Welcome to the Isuzu Product Knowledge Exam (PKE) Home Page. This site hosts three course categories of instructional videos:
2024 PKEs:
These are the Product Knowledge Examinations required for 2024 Isuzu Winners' Circle eligibility. You must pass all six courses on or before September 30, 2024, to be eligible for 2024 Isuzu Winners' Circle travel, merchandise and recognition awards.
Additional Courses:
These short courses cover key concepts and terms that will help you expand your Isuzu knowledge. They are not Product Knowledge Examinations, and you will not receive Winner's Circle Credit for them. You may track your scores and print certificates when you pass them.
Legacy PKEs:
This is our library of past Product Knowledge Examinations. You may take them for training purposes or as a refresher. You do not receive Winners' Circle credit for passing Legacy PKEs, but you may print your certificate when you complete each course and you can track your scores.
